LUNGevity is interested in your personal experience as a patient/survivor with lung cancer and has retained the services of Edge Research, Inc. to gather feedback from those who have been in contact with LUNGevity in the past. 

 

This survey is for people living with a diagnosis of lung cancer. Care partners may assist the patient in answering.  Any stage of lung cancer is eligible to participate.
