AND still seeking room 2 rent in a safe clean home (looking 2 months also). Have monthly check but finding Anything avail. AND affordable has proved totally fruitless. See if your clinic or cancer practitioner has a local phone number for the American Cancer Society. In some locations, they provide no-cost transportation to appointments and treatments. Also, try your local Rotary International or your local Freemasons. I've heard those organizations provide transportation services. Further, contact religious congregations in your community. Some provide transportation regardless of your membership status in the congregation. Second, please try and relax. This diagnostic and early treatment stage of the disease is exhausting for both patient and caregiver. You need to narrow your focus to one problem at a time. Tackle transportation first because your husband is going to have perhaps daily treatment (if he has conventional radiation). You'll have more questions.
