M.J. Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 I recently had a Lobectomy. On my last Ct scan it also showed Extremely tiny subpleural nodules on my right lung. Knowing I just had lung cancer removed in my left upper lobe.....should I be concerned about these nodules down the road?
Tom Galli Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 MJ, As a lung cancer survivor, one should always be concerned down the road. But, my CT scans continue to show subpleural nodules in my remaining left lung and have for nearly 14 years. So keep seeing your oncologist as scheduled and continue your diagnostic tests. Here is my go to resource on pulmonary nodules. You'll note the causes are many and few are of concern. Stay the course. Tom
