mmk1000 Posted September 14, 2018 Share Posted September 14, 2018 Hi, I am stage 4 nslc , EGFR 19 positive dx on June 2018 and on tagrisso as first line treatment. 4 Mets to bones. 43 yrs old , Asian .Two tumors in left lung and multiple ground grass nodules in both lungs. At the time of dx ,zero symptoms found out through Annual health screening.The 6weeks CT scan showed the cancer reduced in volume. Side affects are minimal. Hoping to hear some inspiration stories, inputs from the same experience people and news regarding the innovative treatments and so on. I don't have much relevant experience to share--I was fortunate enough to be diagnosed at Stage Ib, so I only needed surgery (along with continued surveillance). But we have lots of members with advanced cancer who are doing great with the new treatments. Glad you found us--this is a great place for information, support, and inspiration! Regarding ttagrisso side effect, I don’t usually have diarrhea but sometimes after meal I have urgent bowel issue with watery stool for one time only. My one prescribed me the meds but the pharmacist warned me to take it only if I have quite a few time of diarrhoea or else it will turn up constipation . So I are not take this Med for one D issue .
