Irwin1 Posted June 10, 2019 Share Posted June 10, 2019 I have been taking an antidepressant called Remeron for anxiety before my lung issue. But it is a super appetite stimulant. And it is also known to be given to chemo patients for that same reason as an appetite stimulant. You might want to Google it and read the information about it. Perhaps if you think it is for you you might ask your doctor about it. I know that as a non chemo patient it is all but impossible for me to stay away from food at night when I take the med. And since I started the med I have been battling weight gain with this medication. I live with this side effect because it is effective for sleep and anxiety.
