afeldman43
Hi, my mother in law has NSCLC that was diagnosed with Stage 3 NSCLC last October and has since had metastasis to her L4 vertabra and to her temporal bone. The temporal bone tumor appears after 3+ months to have been successfully treated with a gamma knife radiation; the L4 tumor will be treated with radiation soon. Her original tumors in her lung and lymph nodes appears to be gone after chemo/radaiation. She has the KRAS mutation along with high PDL-1 and so she's on durvamulab. My question is whether given the mestastasis if anyone has experience changing immunotherapy drugs and found something else more effective.
