Mom awaiting results from MRI

My mother had her most recent visit to the oncologist last Tuesday and we got some news that really kinda bummed us out. She's been doing so well up until this point with her response to treatments. On her latest CAT scan, the doctor noticed some more spots on her liver. He has called for a MRI to check into it further and we are expecting to get the results on Tuesday, 2/17. I know my mother was really discouraged to hear this news because her hair was just starting to grow back and she's been feeling so good on the current course of chemo that she's on. The first rounds of chemo made her really sick and the doctor said that they may have to switch again. I am asking for your prayers that this will not turn out to be too serious. If it does turn out to be more cancer, please pray for her strength and the strength of our family to get through this next possible challenge. The positive side to all this is that the rest of her SCLC is "under control", so she can focus on this next battle. She is a very strong and religious person, so I know she has the will to beat this.... your thoughts and prayers are appreciated.

Many Thanks.
