Rower Michelle Posted August 14, 2019 Share Posted August 14, 2019 Could be any reason. I had one after three weeks too. In my opinion Sooner is better than later to assess the initial response. Who knows maybe the doc has a vacation planned or the radiology schedule is jammed up. Think of this scan as a new baseline or sneak preview. LouT Posted August 19, 2019 Share Posted August 19, 2019 Isabelle, Just seeing this. After my surgery they did a scan right in the hospital. I assume that then became the baseline for the scan I had done a few weeks ago. It seems different doctors do the post-op scans on different schedules.
