MarieE
I've not seen much in terms of patients who have physically/outwardly noticeable manifestations of lung cancer. In my husband's case, he started noticing a 'bump' near the larger incision from his robotic surgery (i.e., the one through which the lobe was removed) a couple of months after surgery. At first, we were told that it was just scar tissue and the discomfort was due to nerve cells regenerating after the surgery. Fast forward a few more months and the lump is now quite noticeable on his chest and much more uncomfortable. A PET scan and biopsy confirmed it as more squamous cell cancer. I'm just curious if anyone else has had something similar occur. Thanks.
