Judy M2
My husband is a pickleball player and instructor in our over-55 community. Several times now people on the court have complained of shortness of breath. He always makes them stop playing and urges them to see their doctor. One woman recently needed a triple bypass, and she says that pickleball saved her life. The woman featured in the article below can say the same thing. https://www.today.com/health/health/pickleball-injury-scan-lung-cancer-rcna16636
RJN
This is great. We need more awareness that shortness of breath can be a danger sign. I went to the GP when I was getting winded before finishing 9 holes of golf, and then 8 and the 7… But initially just blamed poor conditioning after lockdowns. Rower Michelle
Telling our story is the only way to raise awareness that anyone with lungs can get this horrible disease. Thanks Judy!
Karen_L
What a contribution your husband makes to your community! And great coverage of stupid lung cancer. Nice work! Karen
