LouT Posted December 7, 2022 Share Posted December 7, 2022 My situation (after lobectomy) had my right lung expanding a bit (stretching if you will) after my surgery. Of course that is likely a function of gravity and an empty space the body tried to settle into. Please confirm with your mom's doctor and let us know what he says.
