Melinda Posted March 22, 2004 Share Posted March 22, 2004 Dear all, If any of you are so inclined, please send a prayer or a thought out for my fiancee's mother (Anna) who gets the results of her brain scan tom., as well as starting both chemo and radiation at 7:15am (EST). Also, my mother (Linda), goes in for her second surgery for breast cancer at 3pm (EST) now that her terrible staph infection has cleared up (4 mos. later!). Thanks so much. I hope your mom's surgery goes smoothly tomorrow, and tell your mother-in-law to calm herself thru the chemo and radiation by "picturing" them attacking the cancer and breaking it up and making her better. Whether she wants to picture Star Wars or PacMan -- anything to focus on besides the bad stuff is helpful!!! Hugs and prayers for both - and you too!
