Snowflake
Here is a math trick so unbelievable that it will stump you. (Okay, NOT "unbelievable" and DEFINITELY a numbers trick, but fun, anyway...) 1. Grab a calculator. (you won't be able to do this one in your head) 2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the area code) 3. Multiply by 80 4. Add 1 5. Multiply by 250 6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number 7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again. 8. Subtract 250 9. Divide number by 2 Do you recognize the answer? ginnyde
I hate tricks like this and they always work. BTW, I did it on a piece of paper, too lazy to run upstairs to the calc. Ginny

Don Wood
I also did it with pen and paper.
Angie Daughter of Bill
Well, I got up to get the calculator because I was too lazy to do it on paper! I always did hate math!
Elaine
Angie, Becky and all Couldn't find a calculator. Too lazy to really look, so I started doing on paper. I HATE math so much that I stopped and decided I didn't really care what the answer was. I thought maybe I could just bribe Becky, or maybe Angie, now for the punch line. I figure I don't need to know for sure if my numbers came out right. I can just go on faith. For me that is a big step. Elaine

Guest bean_si (Not Active)
Using four different phone numbers (my cell, landline, sister, daughter) I came up with four different answers. Therefore, in all likelihood, each number is personal to the individual. None of the numbers meant anything to me. Maybe it's good I'm going in for a brain scan tomorrow.
