TBone
HI everybody, Thanks for all the responses and prayers.I have been doing ok.I still have some loss of appetite left from radiation but so far no more pain as bad as I had before.I really can't tell if the Taxotere is causing any problems but I am fatiqued and everything tastes funny.I just finished radiation last Friday too though so some of it could be from that.My sisters have been wrapped up in our local Relay for Life which we had yesterday.I am sure they will be back on line soon.I go for my 2nd tax treatment tomorrow.Praying for us all.TBone
Don Wood
Lucie's tastes changed during taxotere treatments. She loved chocolate before but didn't want any during the treatment (it didn't taste right). However, after she got off the chemo, a while after she taste returned and she is back loving chocolate. That is just one example. Hope the treatment does well for you. ginnyde
Been missing you T, glad to see you back. Earl's taste really changed during rad and chemo. Now everything is fine except coffee and alcohol. Ah, I am married to a teetotaler now. Ginny
Fall54
TBone, My prayers are with you and your family that this chemo is the one that does the trick! My Brother is also on it and has only had one treatment and hopefully he will be well enough to have his 2nd next Tuesday. So glad to hear that your pain has lessened. Keep prying, I'll keep praying and we will all keep praying!! There is power in numbers God Bless You, Jane
