Not sure why you have not found any treatment options? Do you have an Oncologist? That would be the place to start. Find out as much as you can about your situation then research, research and more research. Knowledge is the key. Take one step and one day at a time. Stay positive and focused. Be pro-active. I too was stage 1A and the nodule was removed by a thorasic surgeon. How many people looked at your scans? Did they biopsy it?

Hi Deidre and WELCOME! I have no knowledge about your diagnosis or treatment, but there are a lot of people here who will jump right in and give you a ton of information. They will probably ask you for a little more information, though, like what treatment options your doctors are proposing, etc.
