I thought this was worth reposting in memory of Mo.

To Where You Are

*Music: Richard Marx -- Lyrics: Linda Thompson

Who can say for certain

Maybe you're still here

I feel you all around me

Your memories so clear

Deep in the stillness

I can hear you speak

Your still an inspiration

Can it be

That you are my

Forever love

And you are watching over me from up above

Fly me up to where you are

Beyond the distant star

I wish upon tonight

To see you smile

If only for awhile

To know you're there

A breath away's not far

To where you are

Are you gently sleeping

Here inside my dream

And isn't faith believing

All power can't be seen

As my heart holds you

Just one beat away

I cherish all you gave me

Everyday

Cause you are my

Forever love

Watching me from up above

And I believe

That angels breathe

And that love will live on and never leave

Fly me up to where you are

Beyond the distant star

I wish upon tonight

To see you smile

If only for awhile

To know you're there

A breath away's not far

To where you are

I know you're there

A breath away's not far

To where you are

This song is beautiful! Josh Groban wrote this song for his grandmother. It really put him at the top of the charts. I first heard this song on the radio in early 2002, not long after Dennis was diagnosed. From the moment I heard the song, I knew I would have that song played at Dennis' memorial service. It was played and I can tell you there was not a dry eye in the house. I always wanted to believe he heard the song and several times, I have been given proof that he did hear it!!!
