Guest patnchas Posted June 24, 2004 Share Posted June 24, 2004 on 5/5 i had chest x-ray which showed 2 nodules 2.5 cm and 4mm; the PET showed suspicious for malignancy lower left lobe; the 6/11 biopsy showed positive for cancer - adenocarcinoma. now i am waiting for my appt. with the pulmanary doctor on 6/30 and the oncologist on 7/9. i feel as if i am waiting, waiting for results and decisions. i do want to say that the fine needle biopsy went really well, not the pain that i had read about... really just a dull feeling when it hit the lung.
