I have decided to explore the whole world of complimentary items including vitamins, minerals, etc. However, I am completely overwhelmed. Thought you'll might help get me started. For those that are willing, could you give me/us (I guess if I'm struggling with this, there are others) the following information: 1. Item and amount (vitamins, minerals, etc.) 2. What it is for (immune system, reduction of chemo side-effects, healing) 3. Where you are getting it (local health food store, internet, etc. - DON'T WANT TO BREAK ANY RULES AND GET A FINE!!) 4. How long you have taken it and the benefits of it. Your help is greatly appreciated. I continue to pray for each one of you. Miracles DO happen! Take care and have a good one.
