Glad to hear you're cool, cool, cool....even here in eastern Connecticut it's a godsend on those awful humid nights, of which we've had a few too many. I can't think how you could survive down your way without it.

Keep cool....

Yeah, Renee! Isn't AC grand? I know that feeling...after 5 days of no power, courtesy of Hurricane Charley, I did a serious happy dance when the power and mostly the AC came back on.

So glad it is fixed!

Cat- You said exactly what my Father in law said. He is a snow bird, lives in Florida in our "real" winter. He was making fun of us because we were complaining it was too hot. I know, you Floridians welcome 84 degrees. We we Northerners can't take it. :)

Well, over here in cloudy cool Chicago, I havent had my AC on in over a month. Its been a very mild summer, so I think were in for a mighty cold Chicago bone chilling winter! Glad to hear your chillin', wish we had some of that heat here...

79 is good! Here in Florida, I keep my thermostat set on either 78 or 79 all the time. I guess after living in Florida for a while anything seems cool!!! Anyway, glad to hear your comfort level is returning!!!
