Hi friends,

In preparation to participate in this latest clinical trial Bill had to undergo the usual tests. The suprise came when the doctor said the PET scan showed NO ACTIVITY in the brain met. So they did a CT of the head (Bill refused another MRI of the brain - too claustrophobic). Anyway - the tumor really responded to the stereotactic radiosurgery. What was once over 3 cm is now 5mm!!!!!!!!! The oncologist said Bill can drive a car again - first time in 6 months. I am a little leary since he still has a brain met but the doctor said he was fine with it. The tumor may eventually disappear.

Praise God - it is time for celebration!

Blessings to you all,

Peg

Wow Peg, late getting this GREAT news but it is even more wonderful on Fathers' Day.

Earl drove for the first time since 9/02 this week. I was at work, he wanted to do this himself. Said he was drifting to the right when he first started but figured it out pretty quickly.

He was exhausted when he got home.
