Just came back from my doctor's visit - The CAT scan was clear, NED, as a matter of fact there is evidence of IMPROVEMENT. He was delighted and so am I and my dh! Now i'm clean since my treatment ended in June of 02. So he said I go to see him again in December, another CAT scan in February 05 and August 05 and after that just once a year! The scan I had on Tuesday was of my lung, abdomen and pelvis, which i didn't know I would be having all of that. They had me drink about a half gallon of some awful liquid which made me sick :oops: afterwards, so instead of going back to work I thought to myself "Joan, go home and take a nap." So I did. Sometimes you just know what to do, you know! This disease is treatable, I know it can be. I am so greatful to my doctors and my husband and God and all of you who have given me so much hope. I wish the absolute best results for everyone. Bless you all and keep on fighting.
