betplace
I finished my radiation for the tumor on my spinal cord and that seems to be resolving, pending verification by MRI in a months time. However over the weekend I have developed a tendancy to get very lightheaded and week kneed when I stand up. Ok Ok I almost black out. I have to sit back down quick. Radiation Oncologist says be safe not sorry so I am going for MRI of brain, probably tomorrow, to make sure there is nothing there, will also be having cat scan of abdomen as we didn't check that when the other stuff got checked. I am looking for your prayers that all the scans are clear. Thanks Betty
Fay A.
Betty, I'll be keeping it all crossed that the scans are clear. just wanted you to know that anemia, low blood pressure, dehydration can all cause what you've described, along with sinus infection. I'm hoping that the cause is easily identified, and easily treated.
Elaine
Betty Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Lots of things can cause this so I am hoping that the cause has nothing to do with brain mets or any kind of met. With you all the way elaine
Nancy B
Betty, I am praying for clean scans - praying that it is one of those things Fay said. I had that problem after my first chemo cycle and it was caused by severe dehydration which caused my blood pressure to go way down, IV fluids fixed me right up. Take care. Hugs and prayers, Nancy B

Rachel
I'll be praying for clear scans for you. When I finished my WBR I had some good bouts with dizziness, nausea & fatigue. It was worse than the chemo. So here's hoping that's the only problem. Be strong...Rachel

TeeTaa
I'm with the others in thinking it's probably something much less serious than what you're fearing. But I'll keep you in my prayers just to be on the safe side. Blessings, TeeTaa
