Bobmc Is Gone, we lost another special guy

This has been one of the most difficult messages for me to respond to. Bob and I joined the message board the same day. We both had our left lungs removed. We could both produce rather large burps when we leaned to the left. We were both very active -- with him hiking Costa Rica only weeks after his surgery. I thought for sure, after more than three years of survival, Bob was just like me, and would be around for a very long time. I hate this disease. I send my sincere condolences to Bob's family. He is already greatly missed.

I have had so little time on the board I usually just scan the top few items, so I missed this one until tonight. How sad I am to read that we have lost Bobmc. My deepest condolences and prayers for his family.

I've also been away from the boards for awhile and am so very sorry to hear that we've lost Bob. I will miss him, and my prayers are with all those who are mourning his loss -- and I'm sure that's a LOT of people. This is just so very sad.

I just got back on the board yesterday and was alerted by David P. about Bobmc. I always followed his posts closely because he and I were Stage IIers. My heart is broken. I loved that guy--his zany style and zest for living. He hadn't been posting much after having been so active; he was often in my thoughts and prayers. What a devastating loss. My condolences to his family on the loss of their beloved.
