NellW Posted September 9, 2004 Share Posted September 9, 2004 Hello my friends. Our vacation was wonderful! As for Bob, his PET scan showed 4 hot spots. They are 4rth lumbar area, pelvic bone , aortic lymph, and prostate. The Oncologist..( he finally was referred to one) said he wanted to get a new PSA, and look over Bob's other scans and then schedule a prostate biopsy. He thinks there may be 2 primaries and wants to know which one is met to the bones and the lymph, lung cancer or prostate or both. I suppose that means he will biopsy everything??? Not sure. February and none of these spots showed up then.
