Elaine Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 I am working on an article and would like to know the following. Please only answer this poll if you were a current smoker at DX OR had smoked at least 20 pack years (1 pack a day x years smoked= pack years) and had quit smoking within 10 years of DX. You may answer for a loved one if you know the answer or can find it out. Pls also only answer if you were age 39 or older at DX. Quote
luvmydog2 Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Are you asking if PCP ordered these tests prior to or after dx? Quote
Elaine Posted September 28, 2004 Author Posted September 28, 2004 Well, in trying to fix it, I made a mess of it!!! lol I guess I can just do the percentages myself. So just hit one of the xray boxes or one of the Cat Scan boxes etc etc. I can do the math after the poll is done. Thanks and you look mighty handsome, Bruce!! elaine Quote
Melinda Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Sorry--deleted post--I made a mistake. (did not do poll, yet, though, so I did not mess up your stats.) Quote
ginnyde Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Elaine, The PCP did not order the chest x-ray, we requested it. It did not show the lc in the xray taken 4/01. Dx was 9/02. Quote
Elaine Posted September 29, 2004 Author Posted September 29, 2004 I am just kicking this poll up to the top! Remember I messed it up, but you can still just click whatever tests your Gp or PCP nornally ordered for smokers and I can figure out the per cents! Thanks! Quote
