37 yo female with NSCLC adenocarcinoma stage IIIb/IV...three months (six cycles) three drug chemo with six thoracentesis during that time...now pleural effusion stable and on Tarceva 150mg times one month...anybody in this situation and what's longest you've seen survivorship???
