  1. I just talk to my friend, his father for NSCLC stage IV. Beside IRESSA, he is taking Raintree N-Tense. Currently, i am trying to digest your post. All those look alien to me.
  2. ginnyde, i do not sell that product. Medicine stuffs are way out of my field, and I am just an IT guy. By the way, if I have not heard wrongly, his doctor dunno what can be done. That's why i am helping him searching on the net. He doesn't know this anyway. dadstimeon, thanks. i will visit all the site you posted and try to digest as much as possible. Thanks for the encouragement. The most i worry for him is money, he has to spend RM6400/month (approximately 6 months salary for a normal employee) on IRESSA. dadstimeon, reading your sigs, I can see you have try quite some number of treatments. I hope my friend's dad still got the time. dadstimeone, all the best to you!! At the mean time, I have contacted my friend thru messenger to provide me with more details on his dad's illness. Still waiting for his reply. When I got the info, i will update this thread. Wayne
  3. I am sorry, i am not sure this is the right category to post this question. So, if this is really the wrong place, moderator please help me to move this thread. Thanks. I have this friend, which i feel sorry about his dad getting lung cancer. I personally do not know how serious his dad is, I don't even know what is NSCLC & MESOTHELIOMA. His dad has been taking IRESSA gefitinib (I hope this gives you an idea how serious or at what stage he is), but it is not helping. Just got the news yesterday that his dad has gotten worst. I feel bad, that I have no knowledge in these, and I cannot provide much help to him. SO i decided to search for forum like this to get advice, which i ended up here. Now, my friend has decide to give up on IRESSA gefitinib, and go back to Raintree N-Tense. They have been using Raintree N-Tense before they try IRESSA. Please give me advice, if you need to know more details about his cancer, you can post the question here then i will ask my friend personally. Thanks.
