It is a little group from PA/NJ that have been meeting quarterly for lunch in King of Prussia PA. The group - Kasey and Fred, Maryanne and Joel, Colleen and JB and Ellen from PA. We have had some others from around here from time to time and always hope more join us. We missed the last luncheon, this is good news because it means that life is interfering with lc. Been following the story of your spasms, they sound excrutiating and I wish I had some ideas. As I age, I get cramps in my legs at night and have to get up and do the 'I have leg cramps' dance around the bedroom. They hurt like heck so I have a teeny weeny idea of what you are going through.
