As always make sure to check the serving size on the label. (Please ask your nutritionist what is best for you.) Almonds, homemade beef jerky, Weight Watchers cheese sticks, popcorn, fruit, & Nature Valley dark chocolate protein bars are some of my favorite go to snacks.
