mcgrathj Posted April 19, 2022 Posted April 19, 2022 Hi, My mom has NSCLC-Stage IV-adenocarcinoma (lung) and has been on chemo, Alimta, Opdivo and the latest clinical trial has been for the Survivacc vaccine plus Keytruda. That concluded in February of this year. She is now on a watch and wait as the only mutation she has suggests olaparib would work for her but there are no trials for which she can be enrolled in Canada because of her previous experience with 2 immunotherapies. I'm wondering besides chemotherapy (for which she isn't strong enough), has anyone here gone on to other immunotherapies after 2 consecutive trials of the above-mentioned medicines? Thank you in advance, Jeanette
