SCLC subtypes

My mom was diagnosed with combined SCLC, and the pathology said it was POU2F3+, meaning I believe she is subtyped at SCLC-P. I did a massive amount of research yesterday. Each subtype has been shown to respond to different things.
We meet with the thoracic oncologist on Monday, and I just want to be armed with information. Are these subtypes typically discussed with doctors? For example, the SCLC-P subtype has been show to be sensitive to PARP inhibitors as well as lurbinectedin (Zepzelca). There has been some other new information published in the last few months an about other potential treatment targets for this subtype.

I want to best advocate for my mom, and I’m just wondering if this is something that is typically discussed.
