We are developing a questionnaire that doctors and other providers can use to better treat their patients pain after major surgery including lung surgery. If you have recently had lung surgery (in the last 30 days), we would appreciate your input. You will be asked to complete a one hour questionnaire about your health, lifestyle, and recovery period.
