    I also want to welcome you here Dave but like everyone said, sorry to had to find us.

    So glad they found it early and I know the treatments will work for you. Keep a positive attitude as that is half the battle...

    Please know that we are here for you for questions, support, prayers or just to vent.

    Having Kasey on your side is a major plus... she is an incredible inspiration.

    Try not to stress about the nodule.... that is so common and most of the time scar tissue or something else and many times it will not show up on the next CT...

    Don't think at this point you are still curling up and watching "stupid" tv, but next time you do let me know and I will join you... meanwhile, just enjoy life the best you can and put that litlle nodule out of your mind as its probably nothing.

    Judy gentle hugs to you... I am so sorry to read your post. This disease really sucks big time and I can't wait until the day comes when it will be kicked in the as* by a cure once and for all.

    I am sending healing and tranquil meditation prayers to you.

    My heart to yours Judy... I know you will keep fighting and I know they will find something that will work for you. I pray for that.

    This is so unfair... since October... we should have been told somehow..

    We love Ellen as she was one of our quarterly LCSC luncheon buddies..

    I know some of us would have gone to her funeral...

    I am really bummed right now...

    Hi Mihalo

    Sorry you had to find us.

    My husband had one lobe removed on the left and a wedge section on the right and he has been fine. A friend of mine had a whole lung removed and her tumor was non malignment but still had to have it taken out. That's a real bummer... anyway she is fine and to me back to normal.

    Just take one day at a time. You will heal and little by little things will come back to normal. You probably will not run a marathon but everything else should be fine.

    Oh Nicole I am so sorry to read your post about your mom. I know how much she has faught this.

    You are a wonderful daughter who has been with her all the way. Please take comfort in knowing how much your love and dedication has helped her journey.

    I know these days are so incredibly difficult and how difficult it will be in the future without a mom.

    Right now just concentrate on what is present and being there will make her transistion so much easier.

    I would check your insurance, and if possible go to emergency. They usually really take care of you and will most likely with your symptoms they would most likely give you a CT.

    Just my opinion...

    Just to put your mind at some ease it could be so many other things. So many people have passed through this site for a very short time as they found out it was not LC. Hopefully, that will be the same for you.
