Anais
Thank you everyone !! For your interest, my mother was a nurse at the emergency (St-Luc Hospital in Montreal). J.C. sent me a beautiful short poem, I've added it on my website. Go check it, it's nice!
rosegarden
You are all very kind, I appreciate your messages... MERCI TOUT LE MONDE. She used a very symbolic language two weeks before her passing away: ride a horse, buy plane tickets, rising her bed, etc. A few minutes before her death, it was very quiet in the room, the silence broken only by sounds of shallow breathing. Sitting beside her, my younger brother and I watched and waited as her life slowly disappeared... 24 years-old (and 21 for my brother) is too young to loose our mother... Anais... we are the same age as you and your brother, my brother and I... you know, we share another similarity: my mother is Quebecois (grew up in Ville La Salle)... it's a small world, and we are all family. God bless you and your family and I am so sorry for your loss. Your mother was so beautiful (and you are too)
