I know what a job you have in front of you -- the sheer volume of everything that needs to get done will soon drown out any misgivings, regrets, reluctances that you may be harbouring. When is the actual move? What about pictures of the new place? I'm excited for you! (But very glad I don't have to move; the very thought of all that work....) Sorry about the Eagles - maybe next year it will be the Eagles and the Steelers. Of course that means the Eagles would have to lose again.
