Guest Hound 55 Posted July 10, 2003 Share Posted July 10, 2003 Thank you for those who welcomed me to your board. Here is the more firm but still confusion diagnosis on my husband, Dick. He has either Stage IIIB or Stage IV squamous cell cancer. Cancer is T2, N2, M1 but all contained within the lung at this time. The PET scan did not show one of the lesions that a CAT scan did thus the recommendation is to biopsy that area. If there is no cancer there, he is considered Stage IIIb and would be treated with rad and chemo. If IV, a platinum based - no name yet - Chemo program. Records off to Anderson.
