Surgery was not successful so he is on chemo (carboplatin and taxol) which started last week. For weeks prior to this he was taking SamE, alpha lipoic acid, chinese chlorella, vit. d, multi vit./min, turmeric, at my suggestion. Dr. says all is fine but he's not sure of SamE. My friend seems to feel much better on the SamE - it increased his appetite and helped pick up his mood. I'd love to know if anyone else has taken SamE while on chemo or any information you may be able to provide. Thank you very much.
