A mother was trying very hard to be modern and teach her children to use the correct name for body parts.

One day her little boy came home crying. "What's wrong, dear," mother asked.

"A car hit Tommy's dog," the little boy cried. "It hit him right in the a--!"

"Rectum, dear!" Mother corrected.

"Wrecked him?!? Why it practically killed him!" The boy exclaimed.
