While most doctors/oncologist don't give great nutritional advice, there was one piece of advice I was given that I took to heart: "Get your nutrients from whole foods, not supplements."

If soy foods are good for you, try to eat moderate amounts of soy....not a soy supplement!

There is not a supplement out there that can precisely duplicate what a whole food can do.

Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth! :wink:
