Guest Narda99
I am a non-smoker with history of DCIS breast cancer nearly 10 years ago. My yearly exams for breast cancer follow-up have always been good, even the chest x-rays. Pneumonia last year and again this year. X-ray stated, along with the pneumonia, there was a "suspicious area of nodularity in the right suprahilar region. CT of the chest would be suggested to rule out mass." I had the CT done last week and am awaiting reults. I am extremely worried, especially with the history of breast cancer even though it was classified as non-invasive, Stage 0. Are nodules in the chest always lung cancer?
Kasey
Nodules are MORE likely to NOT be cancer. If you hunt the General forum, I think, you will find 2 Stickies about nodules. Don Wood would tell you not to borrow trouble. I will tell you to relax and wait and see. Kasey
