I wanted to share what Doug said in his last note to me:

You know, some conditions, like 12-step programs for addictions, lend themselves to sayings and slogans. Many funny, many full of pathos. I heard this one yesterday and it seemed somehow appropriate:

Depression is just anger,

without the enthusiasm

Now, isn't that just like our Doug?
