Guest ladygrizzdogg
My dad had his right lung removed a year and a half ago from squamous NSCLC. This week he was hospitalized and the doctors told him it is now in his remaining lung, his liver, and his bones. They gave him a few months to live. The Dr. said he could try chemo. It shrinks tumors 1 out of 3 times, and does nothing 2 out of 3 times. It would be a miracle if it cured him, the doctor said. He doesn't know what to do. He doesn't want to be miserable with chemo during his last few months of life, but if he doesn't try he will die for sure. HELP!!! any suggestions ?
