Muriel Posted December 8, 2007 Share Posted December 8, 2007 Hi GranFran. Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page (any page). It's in white on the purple rectangle. It takes you to a form. Complete the form and select yes or no to each of the questions near the bottom of the form. The information about your cancer experience goes in the "Signature" section.
