I know that it is a dated (published in 2000), but it is still a good source document. I hope that the information is of help to anyone looking for information on any type of cancer. This was written by scientists for medical professionals. It explains a lot...In my opinion it also makes excuses for a few "physician behaviors" that I just don't accept. I prefer the in depth info.
