Announcement here: The Society needs cancer care consumers to provide advice and input on consumer issues related to cancer care as ONS works on various projects and initiatives. Individuals in the database would be contacted on an as needed basis whenever an ONS project required a certain type of consumer expertise. ONS is looking for a diverse mix of people to be listed in the ONS Consumer Database with a wide variety of experiences with different forms of cancer and cancer treatments and with expertise in such areas as: Communication skills Personal experience, both positive & negative, navigating the cancer care systemCommunity activism and advocacy Understanding of media impact and importance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
