Guest Daniel1979 Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 My name is Daniel Steinberg. I am a researcher coordinator at Inflexxion, a small Boston-area behavioral health education company. We are developing a questionnaire that doctors and other providers can use to better treat their patients pain after major surgery including lung surgery. We have attempted to recruit people to fill out a one hour questionnaire to help further our research. We have had no luck even after increasing the payment. How long after your surgery could you have filled out a one hour questionnaire recalling your pain and affects of medications? Previously, we were recruiting patients whose surgeries occured no longer than 30 days prior. That was probably too soon. Do you have any suggestions? We would appreciate your input.
