Anais Posted June 11, 2003 Share Posted June 11, 2003 Hi! My mom had really bad side effets after her second chemo (Carboplatin/Taxol/Gemcitabin) and she was getting very weak. The oncologist prescribed her cortisone and now she eats 3 normal meals. Could it be dangerous to take cortisone for a long period of time? It has been 2 weeks now...
