Alisa Posted September 8, 2004 Share Posted September 8, 2004 Hello list family. I've heard conflicting reports regarding deep tissue massage and cancer, so I'd like your input. I've been going to a qigong healer and although it's not called deep tissue massage, I started thinking it may act the same way. Qigong is supposed to be like accupuncture without the needles (using energy force instead), but when I'm getting a treatment, it feels like deep tissue massage.
