About the hair question...my dad had 6 treatments and it only thinned and never fell out.

Im sorry to hear about your dad's dx. I don't really have the statistics on chemo and NSCLC but I think you should dwell on numbers. I think everyone's case is different and those numbers are not taking your dad's case into consideration.

Welcome- Let me start by saying Im sorry you had to find us but Im glad you did. Also, if your husband could talk with some people on this site he may have second thoughts on chemo. A lot of people have tried it and not had less quality of life. I realize its his decision but may be he could see its not all bad.
