Radiosurgery I *believe* is usually done on the brain - at least the references I have found. Though there is Dr Lederman of statin Island that does whole body stereotactic radiosurgery. This type of surgery will treat many different parts of the body.

The main problem with treating the body is the surgery is very accurate and a patients breathing and movement can cause health tissue to be hit instead of the tumor. Lederman created a whole body frame that keeps the patient still - I think.
